Job summary

CARSOME is seeking an Executive, Branch Support Admin to join our Setia Spice team. You will be the main point of contact for customer queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide essential support to the sales team.

Your role includes administrative support, document management, payments handling, and liaising with authorities for ownership transfers, plus inventory and vendor coordination. A relevant diploma or degree with 1–2 years in automotive sales admin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in sales admin within automotive is preferred.
• Education: Certificate/Diploma/Degree or SPM/O-Level with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the branch and sales team.
• Coordinate with external parties for ownership transfers and payments.
• Handle documents, receipts, and invoicing; manage petty cash.
