Job summary

AmBank Group is seeking an experienced banking professional to develop and execute a business plan that drives branch profitability and growth. You will lead the sales team to hit targets, build strategic relationships, and expand business opportunities.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, ensuring service quality and branch efficiency, and coaching staff in service, sales and operations to raise performance. Mandarin fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage time effectively.
• Leadership and sales-driving capabilities.
• License: PCE/ CEILI/ PRS/ FIMM/ IPPC.
• Mandarin language is an added advantage.

Job description

Develop and execute business plan and strategy in line with achieving the branch contribution to profitability and growth.

Lead and manage the sales force in achieving the desired sales targets

Establish business contacts and manage relationships for expansion of business opportunities

Responsible for overall customer satisfaction, service quality and branch operational efficiency

Motivate branch staff and impart skills and knowledge in service, sales and operations to elevate levels of performance

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Good interpersonal and relationship building skills

Excellent planning, organization and time management skills with strong follow through abilities

Good team player, is self-motivated and able to work independently

Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive sales

Strong leadership abilities, aggressive and results-oriented

Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

Required license: PCE/ CEILI/ PRS/ FIMM/ IPPC

Fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
