Job summary

AmBank Group invites experienced professionals to join our branch team in Negeri Sembilan. You will develop and execute business plans to drive profitability and growth, lead the sales force to hit targets, and expand customer relationships to create new business opportunities.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to ensure service quality and operational efficiency while motivating staff and sharing expertise across service, sales, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in banking/financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proven planning/organization/time management skills and ability to follow through.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, leadership, and results-driven mindset.
• Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.

Job description

Develop and execute business plan and strategy in line with achieving the branch contribution to profitability and growth.

Lead and manage the sales force in achieving the desired sales targets

Establish business contacts and manage relationships for expansion of business opportunities

Responsible for overall customer satisfaction, service quality and branch operational efficiency

Motivate branch staff and impart skills and knowledge in service, sales and operations to elevate levels of performance

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Managers specializing in International Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

Required license: PCE/ CEILI/ PRS/ FIMM/ IPPC

Fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
