Business Centre Manager, Enterprise Banking (Petaling Jaya)

Managing a team in expanding the business portfolios focusing small, medium entrepreneurs.

Maintain key client relationship and drive business growth via cross-sell products and services.

Manage the achievement of volume targets, P&L & overall revenue growth, including fee income of the assigned business centre.

Establish market networking and engagement activities for the overall customer satisfaction needs and bank's franchise growth.

Collaborate with other business units for cross-selling and customer fulfillment purposes.

Manage loan quality of the business centre to ensure minimal credit losses per targets set.

Review the portfolio annually to ensure well credit risk management to avoid bad debts.

Manage and coach a team of relationship manager with mixed seniority and experiences for competency, skillset development and succession planning.

Identify skill gap and provide action plan to develop, attract and retain talented staff.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any field.

Minimum 5 years managerial experience and exposure in banking operations, services and product with 3 years working experience in sales and team management.

Strong in trade finance products knowledge.

Self-motivated and committed, with a desire to achieve goals and targets.

Strong sales drive, with the ability to influence and convince customers.

Outgoing personality, aggressive and result-oriented.
