AmBank Group is seeking a Banca Specialist to support customers in managing their bank accounts and finances. The role focuses on reaching sales targets for bancassurance, deposits, unit trusts, and lending products by building long-term client relationships and cross-selling products and services.

The ideal candidate will have at least a diploma and 1–2 years of sales experience in financial institutions, with strong communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years sales experience in financial institutions.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Life insurance/product certificates (advantageous).

These sales personnel are responsible to deliver sales target for deposit, bancassurance, unit trust and lending products by building a long-term relationship with clients and cross‑selling them our products and services. Job Descriptions:

Delivers sales target for bancassurance products

Executes sales and services to customers in accordance with internal/external policies, guidelines and regulations

Builds and maintains business relationship with existing and new customers to ensure customer retention and cross selling opportunities

Attends customers' enquiry on branch products and services and feedback

Participate and organize initiatives and drives to promote Life Insurance Products distributed by the Bank

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

At least 1-2 years of sales experience in Financial Institutions

A person who enjoys meeting people and loves engaging in conversations

Good team player, self‑motivated and able to work independently

Willing to go the extra mile to achieve personal goals and aspirations

Candidate with PCEIA Life / CEILLI / TBE would be an added advantage.
