Hong Leong Bank is seeking a Branch Manager for Klang Valley to lead branch operations, drive strategic planning and customer growth, and manage relationships with customers and partners. You will coach staff, deliver strong service standards, ensure compliance and branch audits, and align with the Digital-at-the-Core ethos to empower teams and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen with degree or diploma or professional certification from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in branch/customer service or sales leadership.
• Strong people management, leadership, communication and planning skills.
