Qualifications

• Academic qualifications in diploma/degree.
• Professional qualifications in Accounting and/or Banking.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of banking/treasury operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end daily transaction processing and verification in line with internal controls to mitigate risks.
• Provide day-to-day support and advisory services within the department for transactional activities.
• Resolve routine issues and assist branches with customer enquiries and problem solving.
• Report defects and track complaints with preventive and corrective actions.
• Ensure timely reconciliations and submission of management/regulatory reporting as required.
• Collaborate with other operations teams to resolve exceptions or inquiries.
• Share ideas to improve operations processes and efficiency.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisor/management.
• Cover duties of staff in absence and support Bank activities during emergencies.
