Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Degree/Diploma, has related banking experience, strong communication skills, and presents a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder, relevant to banking or commerce.
• Related working experience in financial institution or related field.
• Customer interaction and cash handling experience preferred.
• Basic banking knowledge; high integrity and accountability.
• Excellent service mindset and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT targets.
• Carry out branch operations including deposits, withdrawals, remittances and product sales. Ensure accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and engage in cross-selling of banking products.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct; participate in trainings and branch housekeeping.
• Supervise clerical staff where applicable and support a collegial branch environment.
