Job summary

BABA'S in Malaysia is seeking a Branch Operations Assistant to support the Branch Manager and ensure timely validation and submission of documents and reports. The role covers loading/unloading processes, stock counts, SAP postings, and daily financial reconciliations, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or higher with at least 3 years of experience, SAP knowledge, and the ability to work under deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager to run branch operations and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Manage loading/unloading and synchronization process including version creation, final confirmations and late changes.
• Conduct weekly/monthly physical inventory; stock counting; SAP PI closing; generate and submit related reports.
• Prepare documents to HQ for East Malaysia & Brunei and select West Malaysia branches using DDR format.
• Submit leave applications for staff without ESS access.
• Familiarize with Sales functions of DSD handhelds (visits, sales, collections, deposits, voids, reports, closing).
• Raise STR via Branch Ordering Program for finished goods ordering and monitor stock replenishment (ZCR, ZRE, ZFOC).
• Complete postings in SAP via Settlement Cockpit and DSD Final Settlement Run.
• Finalize and close Salesmen’s daily transactions including invoices, collections, voided bills and cash balance.
• Check handheld invoices, goods received notes, voided bills and receipts daily to ensure accuracy.
