Job summary

BAC Asia in Malaysia seeks a hands-on Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily logistics, import/export, domestic transport, and inventory control, ensuring SAP data accuracy and compliant documentation.

The role leads a warehouse and logistics team, collaborates with planning, procurement, production and QA to maintain material flow, improve efficiency, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics/warehouse management in manufacturing.
• Hands-on import/export, customs clearance experience.
• Experience with SAP warehouse/inventory modules.
• Ability to lead a shopfloor team and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics, import/export and domestic transport to ensure material availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams.
• Maintain SAP transactions and ensure data accuracy.
• Supervise warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, cost, and service.
