Job summary

Santomas Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Admin Assistant to support the warehouse team with ERP/WMS transactions, stock records and daily documentation. This is primarily an office-based role with occasional stock checks.

You will input receiving, issuing and transfer data into ERP/WMS, update quantities and locations, generate GRN and stock reports, and assist the Warehouse Supervisor with routine system and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of ERP/WMS experience.
• Comfortable with data entry, stock transactions and inventory records.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills. E.g. Office, Excel & PPT.

Responsibilities

• Key in receiving, issuing and transfer transactions into ERP/WMS.
• Update stock quantities, locations, pallet and batch information.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and system data.
• Check physical stock against system records and follow up on discrepancies.
• Prepare GRN, delivery/issue documents and stock reports.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily system and administrative work.
