Job summary

BABA'S in Kulai, Malaysia is hiring a Branch Operations Assistant to support the Branch Manager in daily operations, ensure documents and reports are validated and submitted promptly, and oversee end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading processes, weekly/monthly inventory, SAP stock updates, and generating branch reports for control dept; familiarity with DSD handhelds is a plus.

• Diploma or higher relevant qualification.
• Minimum 3 years working experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager to run branch operations and ensure timely validation of documents and reports.
• Manage loading/unloading process through synchronization stages.
• Conduct weekly/monthly physical inventory; stock counts; SAP PI closing; report generation.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly branch reports and submit to Branch Control Dept.
• Prepare documents to HQ for East Malaysia & Brunei via DDR format.
• Process leave applications for staff without ESS access.
• Familiarize with Sales functions of DSD handhelds, including visit lists, sales, collections, reports.
• Raise STR via Branch Ordering Program for finished goods; manage consumption and replenishment.
• Finalize SAP postings via Settlement Cockpit and DSD Final Settlement Run; close daily transactions.
• Close Salesmen’s daily transactions, balance cash, deposits for next working day.
