Job summary

Hotel De'La Ferns in Cameron Highlands is seeking a proactive Hotel Sales Coordinator to grow revenue and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will develop relationships with travel agencies, corporates, and wedding planners, managing enquiries, quotations, and contracts while coordinating with F&B, events, and operations.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel for sales trips.

Responsibilities

• Proactive sales: Identify and cultivate relationships with travel agencies, corporate partners, and event planners.
• Handle enquiries: Respond promptly; prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Wedding sales: Convert enquiries; coordinate with couples and planners for packages and site visits.
• Reservation management: Manage room reservations, group bookings, and packages; optimize occupancy.
• Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Sales trips: Plan and execute sales trips to target markets and events.
• Collaborative approach: Work with front office, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Reporting and analysis: Generate reports on sales performance and revenue trends.
• Event coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating conferences and group bookings.
