Hotel De'La Ferns in Cameron Highlands is seeking a Junior Accounts to join our finance team. The role offers exposure to cash handling, internal/external audits, and full set of accounts within a boutique hospitality setting.

The successful candidate will support accounts payable/receivable, assist in month-end closings, and contribute to financial analysis and cost control while using accounting software and MS Excel. A relevant degree and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
• Experience with MS Excel and accounting software is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle cash with accuracy and assist in internal audits.
• Assist accounts payable/receivable and month-end closing.
• Prepare full sets of accounts and reports for audit.
• Support external audits and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor controls.
• Oversee use of accounting software and financial tools.
• Maintain documentation for licenses and agreements.
