• Handle sales enquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documents.
• Coordinate customer requirements with hotel departments.
• Maintain sales records and customer databases.
• Support events, meetings and group bookings.
• Assist in monthly sales reports and management reports.
