Job summary

Swiss-Garden International Hotels, Resorts & Inns is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our Kuala Lumpur City Centre team. This full-time role focuses on supporting the sales department, handling admin tasks, client communications and sales support to drive hospitality business success.

You will coordinate inquiries, prepare quotations, maintain CRM data, schedule meetings, and assist with contracts and sales materials while liaising with events, rooms, and finance teams to meet client

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales administration or client services.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English; Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Professional demeanour with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, events, or corporate bookings preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage sales enquiries from corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organisers.
• Prepare and distribute quotations, proposals, and sales materials.
• Maintain and update the CRM database and client records.
• Schedule and confirm meetings, site visits, and presentations.
• Process contracts, booking confirmations, and agreements.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team (filing, documentation, data entry).
• Liaise with events, rooms division, and finance to meet client requirements.
• Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and assist with forecasting.
• Respond to client enquiries via email, phone, and other channels.
• Assist with presentations and sales collateral preparation.
