Job summary

Techmind Solution Plt in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable IT support specialist to provide technical support for accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL, and related hardware. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

You should speak Mandarin and English and be able to work independently and in a team. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, assisting end-users, and collaborating with IT to resolve integration and network issues; a diploma or degree in CS/IT is required.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Able to speak Mandarin and English.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience providing technical support for accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL, or Access; hardware knowledge is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiar with database management, networking, and security protocols.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Own transportation is required.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accounting software and hardware.
Provide support to end-users by phone, email, or in person.
Train end-users on proper use of accounting software and resolve data-entry issues.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve software integration and network connectivity issues.
Update and maintain accounting software systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
Assist in development and implementation of new accounting software applications and upgrades.
