Job summary

Techmind Solution Plt in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail‑oriented technical support specialist to help users with accounting software and hardware issues. Fresh graduates are welcome, and bilingual Mandarin and English communication is required to assist a diverse client base.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in CS/IT, strong troubleshooting, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Familiarity with AutoCount, SQL or Access is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience providing technical support for accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL, or Access; hardware knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiar with database management, networking, and security protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accounting software and hardware.
• Provide support to end-users by phone, email, or in person.
• Train end-users on the proper use of accounting software and assist with data entry and processing issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve software integration and network connectivity issues.
• Update and maintain accounting software systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new accounting software applications and upgrades.
