Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
- Mandarin and English proficiency.

- Experience with AutoCount, SQL or Access is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Familiar with databases, networking, and security protocols.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Own transportation is required.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounting software and hardware.
- Provide end-user support by phone, email, or in person.
- Train end-users on proper use of software and resolve data-entry issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve software integration and network connectivity issues.
- Update and maintain accounting software systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Assist in development and upgrades of new accounting software applications.
