Training will cover AutoCount Accounting and SQL Accounting, including setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, remote access, and occasional on-site support, while providing user guidance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Information Systems or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Interest in accounting systems or business software.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Provide software support for AutoCount & SQL Accounting.
• Assist in installation, setup, and basic system configuration.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, remote access, and occasional on-site support.
• Provide basic user guidance and training.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation of support cases.
