Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a fresh graduate with a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Computer Science or IT to provide technical support for accounting software and hardware. Mandarin and English are required, and own transport is preferred.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, end-user training, and collaborating with IT teams to resolve issues, with opportunities to contribute to software updates and security improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.

• Experience with accounting software support (AutoCount, SQL, Access) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accounting software and hardware.
• Provide end-user support via phone, email, or in person.
• Train end-users on proper use of accounting software and data entry/processing.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve software integration and network connectivity issues.
• Update and maintain accounting software systems ensuring data integrity and security.
• Assist in development and deployment of new accounting software applications and upgrades.
