Job summary

Exaltech Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking an accounting professional with at least an accounting qualification or diploma. Must converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience and familiarity with accounting software.

The role encompasses daily accounting and finance transactions and coordinating internal tasks to ensure timely services for clients. Candidates should be well organized, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• At least an Accounting qualification and knowledge or a diploma in the related field.
• Candidates must be able to converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience; full set of accounts is an advantage.
• Familiar with accounting software applications.
• Well organized, able to multi-task, good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Detail oriented in a high paced environment.
• Adapt to change and be a fast learner.
• Coordinate internal tasks related to accounts to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Responsibilities

• To manage all daily accounting & finance transactions including receivables and payables and journal entries.
• Able to handle the organization’s accounts.
• Perform reconciliations (Bank, Supplier, Interco) and timely investigations of outstanding items.
• Assist in preparation of reports and liaise with external auditors.
• General administrative duties including filing of vouchers and invoices.
• Record and process all transactions; work in a team or independently.
• Meet deadlines and provide reporting as required.
• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills; show responsibility.
