Job summary

MIRA HR Management is seeking a Property Administrator (Mandarin & English Speaking) in Penang. After probation, the monthly salary ranges from RM 3,000 to RM 4,000 and includes a transport allowance.

This full-time, office-based role supports an Australian residential property management team with structured training and career growth. Ideal candidates are fluent in Mandarin and English, have 2–3 years of admin or coordination experience, and can work full-time from Penang.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
• Organised, detail-oriented, responsible and proactive.
• Good communication and multitasking skills.
• Willing to learn new systems and adapt to processes.

Responsibilities

• Client communication with Australian landlords, tenants and team members in English and Mandarin.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, viewings and contractor follow-ups.
• Support rental listings, applications, lease renewals and documentation.
• Maintain property records, update management systems and follow up on tasks.
