Job summary

TP in Penang Georgetown is hiring a full-time customer service representative to handle inquiries from customers in Chinese across voice, email, and chat channels. The role requires accuracy in information and thorough CRM documentation, with collaboration across internal teams.

You will support patients and service requests, ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining high satisfaction, and will work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Chinese language fluency for customer inquiries (via voice/email/chat).
• Good English communication for internal communication and training.
• Call centre or customer service experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive Salary + Language Allowance + Health Benefits

Salary Package: Basic up to RM 3,600 + language allowance RM 300
