Job summary

GL Education Group Sdn Bhd – Global Leaders Academy (GL Academy) in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to convert enquiries into enrolments. You will own the full student recruitment funnel—from WeChat and Xiaohongshu to consultations, campus tours and final enrolment.

This on-site role requires deep understanding of Mainland Chinese student and parent decision processes, excellent Mandarin and English communication, and a disciplined approach to follow-up, pipeline

Qualifications

SPM or above qualification required.
Proven sales ability with closing and meeting targets.
Legal to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Respond to and follow up on inbound enquiries via WeChat, Xiaohongshu, WhatsApp, phone, email and walk-ins.
Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend programmes; close enrolments.
Host campus tours, trial classes and placement-test appointments.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
Maintain a clean pipeline and timely follow-ups in the CRM.
Support agents and partners; manage referrals and relationships.
Explain fees, payment terms and enrolment policies clearly.
Collaborate with marketing on promotions and lead-generation content.
Prepare regular reports on enquiries, conversion rates and revenue.
Represent GL Academy at education fairs and events as required.
