Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in admissions, business development, or sales.
• Fluent Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Guide families from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring a warm experience.
• Respond to enquiries within 24 hours during business days.
• Conduct tours and explain the school’s strengths and offer.
• Manage enquiries and leads to visits, applications, offers, and enrolments.
• Provide weekly pipeline reports and track KPIs and risks.
• Own Mandarin-speaking market engagement and China-related partnerships.
• Coordinate with agents, events, and recruitment activities.
