Qualifications

• Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate social media content, scheduling, and community engagement in English and Mandarin.
• Create copy, graphics, short videos, and promotional materials for bilingual audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels from start to finish.
• Manage GL Academy's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, RED/Xiaohongshu, TikTok, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Produce marketing content — copywriting, graphics, short videos, and promotional materials — for both English- and Mandarin-speaking audiences.
• Run and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, and others) within budget.
• Support student recruitment and enquiry conversion, working closely with admissions and counselling teams.
• Maintain and update the school website and assist with SEO and online visibility.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, open days, and seasonal campaigns (e.g. summer programmes).
• Track campaign performance, analyse results, and report on what's working.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth.
