Job summary

Medcare Ventures Sdn Bhd seeks a dedicated Clinic Assistant to support daily clinical operations in a busy Malaysian clinic. You will be the first contact for patients, handling registration, billing, and ensuring smooth flow from arrival to discharge.

The role requires Bahasa Malaysia and English skills, familiarity with Avixo/eClinic software, and a team-focused attitude to collaborate with healthcare staff.

Qualifications

• Education that qualifies for clinic support roles (SPM or higher).
• Minimum 1 year in a GP or specialist clinic; internships welcomed.
• Nurse APC license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients using clinic software.
• Schedule appointments and manage walk-in traffic.
• Assist doctors during minor procedures and nursing duties.
• Ensure clinic maintains cleanliness and safety per MOH Malaysia guidelines.
