Klinik U' in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is hiring a Clinic Assistant to support General Practitioners and ensure smooth clinic operations. The role is full-time, involving patient greeting, room prep, admin tasks, and basic clinical duties in a patient-centered environment.

Candidates should be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin an advantage, and be willing to work in a dynamic team. Training and career development opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome.
• Assist with preparation and stocking of examination rooms.
• Provide administrative support: scheduling, patient records, inventory.
• Answer incoming calls and address patient inquiries professionally.
• Perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs under supervision.
• Maintain clean, organized clinic; adhere to infection control protocols.
• Offer excellent customer service and support patients throughout visits.
