Job summary

Klinik QZen 24Hour in Malaysia is looking for a friendly Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations, deliver excellent patient service, and assist the doctors and team for a smooth patient experience.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and those with clinic, healthcare, customer service or administrative background. Training is provided; ability to work shifts, weekends or public holidays, and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a clinic, healthcare, customer service, or administrative role is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Register and attend to patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage patient appointments, registration, panel claims and clinic enquiries.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient enquiries.
• Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and minor procedures.
• Prepare consultation rooms and ensure the clinic is clean and well-stocked.
• Take and record patients' vital signs when required.
• Handle basic administrative and clerical duties.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with basic cashiering duties.
• Prepare and manage patient records and documentation.
• Dispense medications or perform medication-related duties where permitted.
