Job summary

QuessGlobal (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a clinic assistant to support doctors during consultations and basic procedures, dispense medications as per instructions, and manage front-desk duties. The role requires maintaining a clean clinical environment and handling patient payments and insurance claims where applicable.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in a clinic or healthcare setting, good communication skills, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a clinic, pharmacy, or healthcare setting.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use clinic management systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays if required.
• Responsible, caring, and able to maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during consultations and basic medical procedures
• Dispense medication according to doctor's instructions
• Handle payment collection, billing, and issuance of receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of consultation rooms and waiting areas
• Monitor and replenish medical supplies and clinic inventory
• Prepare and submit insurance or panel claims, if applicable
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the doctor or clinic manager
