Job summary

Carro Malaysia is seeking a highly organized Admin Manager fluent in Mandarin and English to bridge between Chinese principals and Malaysia’s EV ecosystem. You will coordinate international import/export workflows and keep the service facility running smoothly.

You will serve as the main admin contact for client representatives, engineers, and overseas vendors, manage workshop administration, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with local authorities.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in operations administration or related field.
• Bilingual Mandarin and English with stakeholder communication.
• Experience with import/export workflows and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as admin contact for clients, principals, engineers and overseas vendors.
• Coordinate import/export documents, freight, and customs processes.
• Manage workshop admin tasks, parts, and repair records.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and audit-ready documentation.
