Job summary

SMARTEDGE TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Admin Executive to support the Sales team from booking to delivery. The role focuses on organizing customer bookings, sales orders and all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth customer journey.

You will coordinate vehicle loan and insurance applications, handle JPJ registrations, track delivery status and maintain delivery reports. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in automotive sales admin and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in Automotive Sales Admin / Sales Admin / Retail Admin / Customer Service.
• Automotive dealership experience is a big plus.
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and coordination ability.
• Comfortable handling multiple cases at the same time.
• Knowledge of vehicle loans, insurance or JPJ registration is an advantage.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin due to communication with China Stakeholders.
