Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations administration or supply chain coordination.
• Professional Mandarin and English proficiency with stakeholders and documentation.
• Hands-on experience in import/export documentation and customs clearance.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary admin contact for clients, Chinese principals, engineers, and overseas vendors.
• Coordinate operational requests, audits, compliance docs, and communications with authorities.
• Manage import/export documentation for battery modules and warranty claims.
• Track KPIs, repair tickets, warehouse activity, and warranty data in ERP systems.
