Job summary

RASPAND MOTOR SDN. BHD. in Sabah seeks an experienced general manager for our used and commercial vehicle operations.

The role requires steering sales, admin and maintenance across the branch and close collaboration with directors to ensure smooth daily functions. Candidates should have at least a diploma with 10+ years in a management role, ideally within automotive, insurance or financial sectors. Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay is essential to engage Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of working experience in a management role.
• Prefer candidates with Automotive / Insurance / Financial industry experience.
• Possess at least a Diploma and above.
• Able to speak Mandarin, English and Malay; Mandarin proficiency is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist to monitor Sales, Admin and Maintenance department of branch and ensure the smooth operation.
• Work closely with Directors / Management.
• Entertain customers and liaise with workshops or spare part suppliers.
• Monitor staffs' disciplinary, attendance and working performance.
• Plan marketing and organize events to increase sales.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
