Job summary

San Francisco Coffee in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to support the Outlet Manager with daily operations. You will lead the team, ensure opening and closing procedures follow SOPs, supervise cashier activities, and help implement promotions.

You will monitor cash flow, verify daily sales, manage stock ordering and receiving, and mentor baristas to deliver excellent service. The role also involves driving sales opportunities, maintaining clean premises, and handling paperwork

Qualifications

Eligibility to work in Malaysia.
Experience as a barista.

Responsibilities

Assist and report to Assistant Manager / Outlet Manager on outlet operation matters.
Lead and demonstrate the team the operation process according to SOP.
Assure the opening and closing process is smooth and according SOP.
Assure the cashier operation process is smooth and according SOP.
Assure marketing promotions are implemented correctly in outlet.
Monitor and ensure daily outlet cashflow is accurate and healthy.
Count and verify daily sales and bank-in according to SOP.
Assure stock ordering and receiving is correct and in good condition.
Train and supervise baristas and develop their skills; monitor progress.
Identify business opportunities to maximize sales.
Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
Provide the best quality service and drive the team to do the same.
Assist Outlet Manager on paperwork and reporting process.
