Job summary

ZUS COFFEE is seeking an outlet supervisor in Malaysia to lead staff, ensure cleanliness and safety, manage stock, and support the Outlet Manager. The role emphasizes daily operations, reporting, and adherence to SOPs across outlets nationwide.

The ideal candidate has F&B experience, strong language skills in English and Malay, and proactive, customer-focused attitude with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B.
• Possess Secondary School/SPM certificate.
• Good written and spoken English and Malay.
• Strong interpersonal skills, energetic and eager to learn.
• Own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff, liaise with Outlet Manager and monitor outlet performance.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, safety & QAQC.
• Manage stocks ordering and stock control.
• Liaise with the Outlet Manager for operations.
• Monitor outlet performance and report findings.
• Produce related reports for management.
• Adhere to company and outlet SOPs.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management/Outlet Manager.
