Job summary

ZUS COFFEE is seeking a hands-on Outlet Supervisor to lead daily café operations, serve customers, manage stock, and schedule staff in Malaysia. You will ensure cleanliness, SOP compliance, QAQC and contribute to outlet performance through reporting and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in F&B, fluent English and Malay, strong interpersonal skills, and own transport with willingness to travel across outlets.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years experiences in F&B field.
• SPM/secondary education is required.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and eager to learn.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead outlet daily: manage staff, serve customers, handle stock.
• Schedule staff and enforce cleanliness and SOPs.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, safety and QAQC standards.
• Order and manage stock levels.
• Liaise with Outlet Manager and monitor performance.
• Produce related reports and adhere to SOPs.
• Perform ad hoc tasks/duties as assigned by management/Outlet Manager.
