KÖSA Coffee is seeking a Supervisor/Barista cum Service Crew in Malaysia to join our growing team. You will assist daily café operations, prepare coffee and food, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in café/F&B is an advantage, and leadership is preferred for supervisors. The role requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. On-the-job training and staff benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in café, F&B, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Leadership experience is preferred for Supervisor candidates.
• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Positive attitude, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare coffee, beverages, and food according to company SOPs.
• Provide friendly customer service and handle orders and cashier transactions.
• Supervise and guide team members (for Supervisor position).
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and product quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Handle customer feedback professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
