Job summary

BEUTEA HOLDING SDN BHD is seeking an Outlet Supervisor Tea Barista to oversee daily store operations at our KL outlets. You will manage service flow, coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house, and lead staff to deliver high standards of tea beverages and customer service.

You will train and motivate team members, run briefings on promotions, and ensure adherence to SOPs and halal requirements. Weekend, shift, and public holiday work are expected in a vibrant retail atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong people management and team coaching abilities.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in retail or F&B preferred.
• Possess Typhoid Injection Certificate and Food Handling Course Certificate (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure smooth service flow during peak periods.
• Coordinate between kitchen and service staff.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff; conduct briefings on updates and promotions.
• Train new employees on service standards, SOPs and hygiene.
• Monitor staff performance and discipline when necessary.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and HALAL requirements.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback for improvements.
