Job summary

ZUS COFFEE is seeking a supervisor for our Setia Taipan 2/Setia Alam outlets. You will lead daily operations, manage staff rosters, ensure safety and cleanliness, and liaise with the Outlet Manager to drive performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of F&B experience, strong English and Malay communication, and is willing to travel with own transport. Join us to elevate guest experience and team growth across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B.
• SPM or higher qualification.
• Good written and spoken English and Malay.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and eager to learn.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Run outlet operations including QAQC, stock, customer service and staff roster.
• Lead the team, supervise staff, and report performance to management.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, safety and health standards.
• Manage stock ordering and inventory control.
• Liaise with Outlet Manager and monitor outlet performance.
• Produce related reports and ensure SOP adherence.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
