Job summary

• Carry clear product targets and cross-sell financial products.
• Learn and use devices for customer service and cross selling.
• Assist in contacting customers for service/sales interactions.
• Carry out branch RCSA and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Oversee cash balancing and follow end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
