Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking an Executive - Business Channels (Operations & Customer Service) in Malaysia. You will engage with walk-in customers for transactions, deliver high service quality, and contribute to cross-selling of banking products.

Main responsibilities include handling deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and other transactions with accuracy while adhering to SOPs. You will also rotate roles, support digital initiatives, and strive for strong CSAT scores.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in any field.
• Experience in financial institution or related field.
• Strong communication and cross-selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT targets.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, remittances and other bank transactions accurately.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers to meet targets.
• Adhere to internal SOPs and Code of Conduct; participate in branch routines and rotations.
