Job summary

You will participate in branch operations, participate in the bank’s digital initiatives, and support a compliant, customer-centric service culture.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in finance or related field.
• Experience in customer interaction, cash handling, transactions, or sales.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of banking products and services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and provide superior service, aiming for high CSAT and cross-sell opportunities.
• Utilize tablets/ devices for service and cross-selling.
• Act as Meeter-Greeter/Navigator on rotation.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and OTC transactions.
• Manage branch operations including cash handling and end-of-day balancing.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance; adhere to SOPs.
