Job summary

Rentalworks in Malaysia is expanding its commercial team and invites driven individuals to join as Sales & Business Development Executive. Fresh grads and professionals alike will help grow our footprint in MPS and IT hardware markets, acting as frontline ambassadors for our DaaS solutions.

You will identify prospects, build relationships, and coordinate with operations and finance to ensure smooth onboarding and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience Level: 0 to 4 years of experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; interest in B2B sales, technology and sustainability is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, map out, and pitch to potential B2B clients (SMEs, corporations, and government-linked companies) for printer hardware, MPS, and DaaS solutions.
• Generate new leads through cold outreach, networking, digital prospecting, and attending industry events.
• Perform on-site print environment audits to pinpoint inefficiencies and present cost-effective, sustainable printing strategies.
• Consistently achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas.
• Build initial rapport with new clients and cultivate enduring partnerships to maximize retention and upselling potential.
• Serve as the main liaison for client needs, collaborating with Operations and Technical Support to resolve challenges.
• Generate precise sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and contractual documents (quotes, SLAs, business proposals).
• Collaborate with Logistics, Finance, and Technical departments to ensure smooth onboarding, asset deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
