Job summary

Rentalworks is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Business Development manager to drive growth in MPS and IT hardware with a DaaS mindset. You will be the primary ambassador for our print ecosystems, guiding new and existing B2B clients toward cost-saving, fully managed solutions.

Beyond hardware, you will deliver end-to-end services from deployment and proactive maintenance to technical support and asset management, partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT hardware leasing, MPS, or DaaS.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for MPS, printer hardware, and DaaS.
• Conduct on-site print environment audits to propose cost-saving strategies.
• Maintain relationships to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Finance and Technical teams to ensure onboarding and ongoing service.
