Job summary

Rentalworks is seeking a Sales & Development Manager to drive growth in IT hardware and DaaS. You will guide B2B clients across enterprise, SME, and government sectors, offering end-to-end solutions from deployment to ongoing asset management.

The role emphasizes revenue generation, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Logistics, and Finance. Hybrid work with travel for site assessments is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT hardware leasing or DaaS.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for enterprise IT hardware and DaaS.
• Conduct on-site IT audits and propose cost-saving deployment strategies.
• Achieve and surpass revenue quotas monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
