Job summary

SegWitz Sdn Bhd is seeking a self-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities for our custom software development services, including web apps, mobile apps, ERP, AI, automation, and IoT.

This hunter role focuses on outbound prospecting, self-generated leads, account research, consultative selling, proposal coordination, and closing B2B deals with business owners, founders, department heads, and C-level executives.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B software sales experience.
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and closing deals for technology solutions.
• Comfort speaking with business owners and C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach target companies via LinkedIn, email, calls, networking and events.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Conduct discovery to understand client pain points and tailor proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and solution options.
• Present solutions, handle objections and close deals.
• Maintain CRM records and report weekly/monthly sales progress.
