Job summary

Xedea Sdn Bhd is seeking a Pure Outbound Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition for Malaysia SMEs. This 100% outdoor sales role focuses on outbound prospecting, discovery, negotiation and revenue generation for digital marketing solutions including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website development, and social media management.

You will self-generate leads, handle objections, and build your own pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years B2B sales or customer-facing experience.
• Fresh grads with strong sales drive may be considered.
• Own car and willingness for outdoor sales.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate leads through cold calls, outreach, referrals and networking.
• Achieve 60–100 outbound connects per day.
• Attend expos or seminars to generate leads.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand SME goals.
• Present ROI-focused digital marketing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close new business.
• Update CRM and track activities and revenue.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting.
