You will lead discovery calls, present solutions, manage the full sales cycle, and identify opportunities to cross-sell while nurturing long-term client relationships; strong communication and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in software/platforms, outsourcing, BPM, or professional services.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with resilience in a fast-paced environment.
